Like all communities on the internet we have some rules, which as a 3PhoneStuff.com member you should have a read through and know before getting involved with the community. We expect all users to abide by these rules whether posting in response to another user, or creating your own topic. What ever is posted using your account you’re accountable for, so please make sure you keep your account details safe at all times.
Just before we go through the rules, the owners, administrators and moderators of this forum reserves the right to delete and edit posts or threads as they see fit. Furthermore, it is within our rights to deny any access to this forum from members who abuse their membership here, in any form. We feel membership to this forum is a privilege and not an obligation on our part and any users not abiding by the forum rules will have their account terminated and further action may be taken.
Though we police these forums to the best of our ability, we have no responsibility or liability for the material posted on these forums. If you have a problem with any of the material posted on the forums or you’re the owner of any material that you don’t wish to appear here, please contact a member of the administration or moderation team and they will promptly remove any material without delay and if need be amend rules so that similar content doesn’t appear on the website in the future.
We expect the following rules to be upheld at all times. If you’re caught breaking the rules, you could be warned, banned or even IP banned from the website for life. If we feel it is necessary, we will also contact the authorities and ISPs.
Although we impose these rules on our members, we don’t want to take away the feel of the community and we encourage you to take part in conversations and share any content you feel is suitable for the website.
Behaviour:
Any members found to be engaging in flaming, vicious character attacks, racial insults, religious insults, sexual preference insults or general nastyness will be dealt with swiftly and severely. All members are welcome here. Hate and prejudice will not be tolerated in any form whatsoever.
Multiple Accounts:
Members of the 3PhoneStuff forum are only permitted to have one account, there is no need for multiple accounts. Any members found possessing multiple accounts will have their accounts banned without warning.
Impersonations:
Members are not allowed to impersonate another member, celebrity, model or pornstar. If you're found doing this you will be dealt with accordingly.
Attitude towards other members:
Please maintain respect to all individuals in the community at all times. As our community covers such a wide range of content, there will no doubt members who have different opinions, backgrounds, religions and ages. If you have a problem with another member please contact a member of the administration or moderation team and they will do their utmost to resolve your issue.
Other General Guidelines:
- No systematic foul language.
- All posts must be in the English language.
- No trashing or spamming other peoples topics.
- Limited advertising is allowed in your signature. Excessive advertising will lead to a ban.
- Do not mini-moderate. Please use the report button and let the appointed staff deal with the issues.
Posting Guidelines:
- Please post all topics/posts in the correct forums/threads.
- No bumping threads. Any threads which are bumped will be removed.
- No hijacking a topic for your own benefit.
- Before you post, use the search button to check the topic isn't already on-going.
- Again, please use the report button, don't mini-moderate, it causes more problems than it actually solves.
Adult Content Guidelines:
- Posting guidelines still apply here.
- All videos must be appointed by screen caps. There are tutorials in the forums which show you how to do this. Box-art or a link to another site is also sufficient.
- Files that are password protected must be highlighted in the original post, along with the password.
- No rape, scat, animal, underage, sick or illegal content. Keep it safe and mainstream. More details are available here.
- Please also follow your country or state rules regarding adult content. As a guideline we require all members to be at least 18 years of age when registering, however laws are different depending on your location.
Avatar and Signature Guidelines:
- Avatars are to be no more than 100x100 in size. The system should automatically set the limits.
- Avatars must not be offensive, any that are will be removed and the users will be dealt with.
- Signatures should not be oversized. Anything under the 250k filesize limit is fine, keeps the forum running smoothly. We will also provide an option for the user to turn off images on the forum.
- As with avatars, signatures should not be of an offensive nature.
- Advertising is allowed in your signatures, but please keep it to the bare minimum.
- Things like "RapidShare Support Me" files are allowed in signatures.
Explicit Guidelines:
- Don't request a topic to be stickied, administrators or moderators will simply not do it.
- Any posts that are petitions against this website or others will be deleted and users will be dealt with accordingly.
- If you would like your username changed, please contact an administrator.
- Don't ask any member of staff to become a member of our team. It may hinder your chance of becoming a staff member in the future. The current staff are in place because we know them personally or they're here on merit.
- Again, do not mini-moderate. Always contact a member of staff. Mini-moderation causes more issues than it solves.
These guidelines are changed and added to from time to time, so please keep an eye out for any changes.
