Iv'e noticed recently that a lot of videos have been posted without any screencaps. Personally, i find it annoying as i like to see what's on offer so i dont waste my bandwidth on fat old munters.
My question is, should screencaps be made compulsory - yes or no?

Well unfortunately that would put me out as I use a third party computer and cant install any programmes therefore cant create screencaps! ???

Also you don't need to use a program the make them, its easy enough to just press print screen and resize it.
