Uploading Videos?

I have a couple of videos i could possibly share, but when it comes to add a file it only seems to allow images type files? Whats the recommended way to upload videos? Have FLV,3gp,wmv etc

We are working on building our own file upload service, but this will take time. Please for now use rapidshare or something. PS.
